Place One HOA is the homeowners’ association for Place One Townhomes. Established in the 1970s, the community has grown to include 102 townhomes. Over the years, the complex has evolved through thoughtful improvements to the grounds and shared spaces, making Place One a wonderful place to live among a rich diversity of cultures.
Place One Townhomes are private homes. They are managed by an elected Board of Directors and supported by dedicated volunteers, all of whom invest time and effort to maintain the beauty of the community and preserve a high quality of life for residents. Homeowners are encouraged to attend HOA meetings and to volunteer in community activities and maintenance efforts.
The HOA office is open two days a week:
Tuesday and Friday
8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
